Any injectable treatments require a consultation a minimum of 48hrs before treatment. All injectable are charged on price list as £20. This is a consultation fee only and will be deducted from treatment price. Full treatment price will be discussed and agreed during the consultation. A skin test may also need to be performed.


Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments & Booking

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

• A deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment.

• Full payment may be required for specific treatments or promotional packages.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the client having to pay the full amount of the treatment price that was booked - payable to mireinio .

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the service.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.

3. Refund Policy

• Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if within the notice period.

• No refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations.

• If the company cancels or reschedules, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.

4. Emergency Cancellations

• If you need to cancel due to medical or emergency reasons, please contact us immediately. Consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis.

5. Packages

• Prepaid treatments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person upon request.

• Expired sessions and gift vouchers cannot be extended unless authorised by Ceri or Nicola.
